مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

مدیر مالی مسئولیت راهبری و هدایت بخش مالی را بر عهده دارد و بهبود فرآیندها و اطمینان از سلامت مالی سازمان را تضمین می‌کند. همچنین تحلیل و بررسی مالی، ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق برای حمایت از تصمیمات استراتژیک و تدوین ضوابط ارتقای کارکنان امور مالی از وظایف اصلی این نقش است.

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی به منظور بهبود عملکرد مالی شرکت.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های حسابداری و مالی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی دقیق و به‌موقع.
• تحلیل فرصت‌های مالی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی.
• اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات مالی و حسابداری.
• نظارت و همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها به منظور بهبود سودآوری و کاهش هزینه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری در زمینه رهبری و مدیریت مالی.
• تخصص در مدل‌سازی مالی و ابزارهای اکسل.
• آشنایی کامل با اصول و اصطلاحات حسابداری و حسابداری مالی.
• تمایل به رعایت اصول اخلاق کسب‌وکار.
• تجربه در زمینه مسائل بیمه و مالیاتی.
• تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای مالی به ویژه راهکاران سیستم.

The financial manager is responsible for guiding and directing the financial sector and guarantees improving processes and ensuring the organization's financial health. Also, financial analysis, detailed reports to support strategic decisions, and formulate financial staff promotion criteria are the main tasks of this role.
