Altex is building innovative platforms in the cryptocurrency space, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of our product design challenges. We are seeking a seasoned professional who bridges the gap between product strategy and pixel perfect execution. You must be someone who understands the "why" behind the product (Product Thinking) but is also deeply skilled in the "how" (UI/UX Craft). If you are a self-starter who can dive deep into complex crypto workflows and deliver polished solutions without needing hand-holding, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the design process for assigned features, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate directly with product managers and engineers to define requirements and technical constraints.
- Design complex user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business goals.
- Build, maintain, and scale our design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Conduct independent user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
- Ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect implementation through effective design handoff.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showing complex projects from 0 to 1.
- Hybrid Skillset: Deep understanding of Product Design principles (strategy, user flows, business goals) combined with expert-level UI/UX execution (visual design, interactions, prototyping).
- Expert proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of building and maintaining scalable design systems independently.
- Autonomous & Self-directed: You don’t wait for instructions; you proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and drive the design process forward.
- Strong expertise in User Research and Usability Testing, capable of planning and conducting research on your own to validate your ideas.
- Data-driven: Skilled in using analytics tools to back up your design decisions and measure the success of your features.
- Ability to simplify complex data and workflows.
- Solid understanding of technical constraints and excellent handoffpractices to ensure smooth implementation by developers.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Fintech or Cryptocurrencyindustries.

- Location: Saadat Abad, Tehran.
- Work Model: Saturday to Wednesday | Full-time | On-site.
