شرح وظایف:
برنامهریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کلیه امور مالی، حسابداری و خزانهداری کارگزاری
تهیه و کنترل بودجه، پیشبینی جریانهای نقدی و مدیریت منابع مالی
تهیه صورتهای مالی و گزارشهای مدیریتی مطابق با استانداردهای حسابداری و الزامات سازمان بورس
نظارت بر ثبت صحیح عملیات مالی، معاملات اوراق بهادار و تسویه وجوه
کنترل هزینهها و بهینهسازی ساختار مالی
نظارت بر انجام تکالیف مالیاتی، بیمهای و قانونی
همکاری و تعامل مؤثر با حسابرس مستقل، بازرس قانونی و نهادهای نظارتی
پشتیبانی مالی از تصمیمگیریهای مدیریتی و هیئتمدیره
شرایط احراز:
حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی در رشتههای حسابداری، مالی یا رشتههای مرتبط
حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط با سمت مدیریتی، ترجیحاً در کارگزاری بورس اوراق بهادار یا نهادهای مالی
تسلط کامل بر قوانین و مقررات بازار سرمایه و الزامات مالی سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار
آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای حسابداری، قوانین مالیاتی و بیمهای
تسلط بر فرآیندهای مالی کارگزاریها، تسویه معاملات و سامانههای عملیاتی
توانایی تحلیل مالی، گزارشنویسی حرفهای و ارائه به مدیریت ارشد
دقت بالا، مسئولیتپذیری و توان مدیریت تیم مالی
Job description:
Planning, directing and supervising all financial affairs, accounting and treasury of the brokerage
Preparing and controlling the budget, forecasting cash flows and managing financial resources
Preparing financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards and the requirements of the stock exchange organization
Supervising the correct registration of financial operations, securities transactions and settlement of funds
Controlling costs and optimizing the financial structure
Supervising the completion of tax, insurance and Legal
Effective cooperation and interaction with the independent auditor, legal inspector and regulatory bodies
Financial support for management decisions and the board of directors
Eligibility requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields
At least 5 years of work experience related to a managerial position, preferably in a stock exchange brokerage or financial institutions
Complete mastery of capital market rules and regulations and the financial requirements of the stock exchange organization Securities
Complete familiarity with accounting standards, tax and insurance laws
Mastery of financial processes of brokerages, settlement of transactions and operational systems
Ability to analyze finances, write professional reports and present to senior management
High accuracy, responsibility and ability to manage the financial team
