مدرک و رشته تحصیلی: کارشناسی ارشد یا کارشناسی مهندسی نساجی
توانایی بالای نظارت، بازخورد و کنترل نیروی انسانی، قاطعیت و جرات ورزی بالا، پیگیری مستمر و جدی مسائل نیروی انسانی
مهارت های تخصصی: مسلط به فرآیندهای ماشین آلات خطوط تولید نساجی، رنگرزی و ریسندگی الیاف و نخ اکرلیک، مسلط به استانداردهای الیاف و نخ اکرلیک و جدول استانداردهای مربوطه و تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی کنترل کیفیت الیاف و نخ اکرلیک
* در صورت نیاز دوره های آموزشی جهت ارتقاء دانش عمومی و تخصصی پذیرفته شدگان برگزار خواهد شد
