• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.

• فن بیان و ارتباط قوی.
• درک فرآیند فروش خارجی و حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• سابقه کار در فروش و بازرگانی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• مهارت کار تیمی.

شرح وظایف:

• مکاتبه و مکالمه با شرکت‌های حمل.
• تهیه و تنظیم اسناد مورد نیاز شرکت‌های تولیدی، شرکت‌های حمل و مشتریان.
• هماهنگی حمل از سایت‌های تولیدی.
• پیگیری و نظارت بر کلیه امور حمل‌ونقل از آمادگی سفارش جهت ارسال تا دریافت سفارش توسط مشتریان.
• ارسال گزارشات هفتگی و ماهانه به مدیران صادرات و مدیریت عامل.
• به‌روزرسانی مستمر شرکت‌های حمل و شناسایی لیست شرکت‌های منتخب.
• پیگیری پرداختی‌های شرکت حمل و ارتباط مستقیم با مدیر مالی.
• هماهنگی مستمر با مدیران فروش جهت برنامه‌ریزی ارسال سفارشات.
• نیروی مورد نیاز: 1 نفر.
• محدوده دفتر: میدان هفت تیر ـ خیابان قائم مقام.
• نوع همکاری: تمام وقت.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 17 عصر.

Prerequisites
• Proficient in international transportation matters.
• Familiarity with sea, land, air, and sample transportation processes.
• Familiarity with reservation and document matters.

• Relative proficiency in English (the ability to communicate and correspond in a specialized language is required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Description of duties:
• Correspondence and conversation with shipping companies.
