Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join the Oktuple product team. This role is ideal for someone early in their product management career who wants hands-on experience working closely with senior PMs, designers, engineers, and QA to build real product capabilities used by real customers.You will help translate product vision into clear requirements, support execution, analyze product data, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Support Senior Product Managers in discovery, delivery, and iteration of Oktuple features
- Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight specifications
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, UX/UI, and QA during implementation
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist in defining product metrics (KPIs) and tracking feature performance
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Have
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Acceptable understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, or functional specs
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Working proficiency in English
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with task/project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
- Familiarity with SaaS products and B2B workflows
- Basic understanding of UX principles and user‑centered design
- Exposure to QA processes and release management
- Background in software, engineering, or data analysis
