استخدام کارشناس تست نرم افزار QA (دورکاری)

We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer with at least 2 year of hands-on experience in software testing to join our team. If you’re passionate about software quality, have a strong grasp of QA methodologies, skilled in test automation and API validation, and familiar with distributed systems, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Design, write, and maintain clear and structured test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Conduct various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke UAT to ensure product quality.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger.
Support performance, load, and security testing by understanding related tools and concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Participate in Agile processes such as Scrum, contributing to sprint planning and daily standups.
Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

 

· Practical experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for integrating automated tests into pipelines.

· Basic programming knowledge in at least one of the following: Python, Java, or JavaScript.

· Familiar with version control systems, especially Git.

· Experience using project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and translate findings into actionable feedback.

· Good understanding of database basics and the ability to validate backend data.

· Skilled in writing well-structured, easy-to-follow test scenarios and test documentation.

· Designing QA strategies aligned with business goals and product vision.

· Handling disagreements and focusing on solutions.
