Technical Product Owner

We are one of the leading companies in the Online insurance sales industry and we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team..

Your mission :

• Turn team and stakeholder needs into shared, actionable decisions.
• Own every step of new features — from idea to full launch and beyond.
• Monitor product performance and analyze data with Metabase (or similar) to keep decisions grounded in real user behavior.
• Run Sprint and Retro sessions to keep the rhythm of learning alive.
• Manage backlog and task timelines based on technical priorities and delivery plans.
• Stay connected with cross‑functional teams to keep goals and technical language aligned.

Skills and experience that shape your journey:

• 5–6 years of hands‑on experience in product‑related roles with a strong technical focus.
• Ability to understand developer language and familiarity with at least one programming language — preferably backend.
• Practical experience with analytical tools such as Metabase.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Figma is a plus.
