Marketing Growth Specialist:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Architecture
Design and manage full-funnel growth campaigns
Develop and scale gamified engagement programs
Collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend, and Design teams to execute growth initiatives
Create and manage co-branding and partnership campaigns
- Performance & Data Analytics
Analyze key growth metrics (CAC, ROI, CLV, ARPU, Retention) and optimize performance
Build financial and data models for marketing ROI and breakeven analysis
Allocate and optimize budgets across paid, owned, and earned channels (App, Web, SEO, Influencers, PR, etc.)
Generate actionable insights for strategic decisions and reporting to the CMO
- Partnership & Ecosystem Growth
Identify and manage brand and B2B partnerships that fuel user acquisition
Lead Tabdeal’s Affiliate and Partnership programs end-to-end
Drive loyalty and gamification initiatives to increase user lifetime value
Ensure alignment between brand message, creative assets, and growth performance
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Product Marketing
Deep understanding of AAARRR funnels, growth loops, and user lifecycle models
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (ROI, CAC, CLV, ARPU)
Proficiency in data and performance tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Persian
Creative mindset with strategic business acumen
