About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex UI architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives that drive innovation, performance, and scalability in our products. Key Responsibilities
- development, and optimization of high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Translate product and UI/UX requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Drive front-end architecture decisions and establish best practices
- Conduct and lead code reviews, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Work closely with product, design, and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration
- Analyze and improve performance, accessibility, and SEO across applications
- Document technical decisions and maintain clear, well-structured codebases
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding by evaluating candidates and mentoring junior team members
Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Advanced proficiency in React, including Hooks, Context API, and architectural patterns
- Solid experience with Next.js and SSR/SSG strategies
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks
- Strong understanding of performance tuning, accessibility (a11y), and SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning workflows
- Emphasis on clean code, component reusability, and scalable design systems
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, scalable web applications
- Proficiency in Figma or other design collaboration tools
- Familiarity with back-end fundamentals and API integration
- Strong English language skills (technical reading/writing required)
Nice to Have
- Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, or conversion optimization
- Prior experience mentoring developers or leading teams
