About the Role
As a Senior International Sales Executive (Account Manager), you will be responsible for managing international client accounts, following up on new sales leads, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process from the first interaction to final delivery. In this role, you will act as an effective liaison between clients and internal teams (design, production, customer service), playing a key role in building trust, driving satisfaction, and ensuring professional follow-up of orders.
This position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to engage professionally in international settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international clients in English, both in calls and written correspondence
- Demonstrate the ability to turn cold contacts into warm leads through effective communication and follow-up
- Communicate persuasively and build trust with customers to move the sales process forward
- Prepare and send quotations and sales proposals based on customer requirements
- Use essential sales and marketing tools such as CRM software, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other online platforms confidently and effectively
- Be available to work the evening shift, from 3:00–4:00 PM to 12:00–1:00 AM (Iran time), Monday through Friday, depending on the season.
- Handle order revision requests with a convincing and customer-oriented approach
- Demonstrate flexibility in working according to the Canadian calendar and time zone
- Apply search engines and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate ideas, boost creativity, and clarify tasks or concepts when needed
- Generate new leads through various channels such as email, cold calling, Google Maps, and professional networks
- Effectively engage with potential customers and accurately identify their needs
- Consistently follow up with clients via email, phone, and CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure accurate order execution
- Maintain complete and organized records in CRM systems and internal tools
- Provide sales reports and performance insights related to clients and campaigns
Technical Skills Required
- Full proficiency in English, especially in listening and speaking, for client calls and online negotiations
- A sales-driven personality with strong verbal skills, assertive communication, high confidence, and persuasive abilities
- Experience working with international companies or projects (preferred)
- Proficiency in professional email writing and formal phone etiquette
- B2B and B2C sales experience in both domestic and international markets
- Sufficient familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, and Dropbox
- Strong interest in learning the printing industry, or prior knowledge in this field (considered an asset)
