What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and implement backend services using .NET Core and C#
- Build scalable, decoupled systems following microservices architecture
- Collaborate with product, front-end, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Ensure system monitoring, documentation, and performance optimization
What We’re Looking For:
- +4 years of professional experience as a back-end or software engineer
- Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles
- Proven experience working with microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with different ORMs and Message Brokers (e.g., dapper and RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and database design principles
- Experience working in containerized environments (e.g., Docker)
- Ability to apply design and architectural patterns appropriately
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of TSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with CQRS architectures
- Hands-on with event sourcing or Saga patterns for complex financial transactions
- Exposure to Stimulsoft or other enterprise reporting engines
- Prior experience in high-frequency trading, payments, or risk management
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (like Grafana, Elastic APM, Kibana, PMM, etc.)
