طراحی، برنامه‌ریزی و هدایت اجرای حسابرسی‌های مبتنی بر ریسک بر اساس برنامه سالیانه

ارزیابی جامع کفایت و اثربخشی سیستم‌های کنترل داخلی و ارائه پیشنهادهای اصلاحی در جهت بهبود فرآیندها
بررسی میزان انطباق فعالیت‌ها با قوانین، مقررات، آیین‌نامه‌ها و استانداردهای داخلی و بین‌المللی حسابرسی
تحلیل و ارزیابی کارایی روش‌ها، دستورالعمل‌ها و فرآیندهای مالی و عملیاتی سازمان
نظارت بر تیم‌های حسابرسی داخلی و هدایت کارشناسان در مراحل مختلف اجرای حسابرسی
تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و مدون به مدیریت ارشد و کمیته حسابرسی
پیگیری و پایش اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی و ارائه بازخورد به مدیریت جهت کاهش ریسک‌های سازمانی
مشارکت در طراحی و بهبود سیاست‌ها، رویه‌ها و سیستم‌های کنترلی سازمان
شرایط احراز
داشتن حداقل یکسال تجربه کاری در حوزه حسابرسی و حسابداری
تسلط بر استانداردهای حسابداری و حسابرسی
آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات مالیات، بیمه، سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار
تسلط در به‌کارگیری اکسل در امور مالی، تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه داشبوردهای مدیریتی
تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای ERP و تسلط در استخراج و تحلیل داده‌های مالی و عملیاتی
مهارت در گزارش‌نویسی حرفه‌ای، تحلیل ریسک و ارائه پیشنهادهای اجرایی به مدیریت ارشد

Job Description
Designing, planning and leading the implementation of risk-based audits based on the annual plan
Approved
Comprehensive assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems and providing corrective proposals to improve processes
Checking the compliance of activities with laws, regulations, regulations and internal and international auditing standards
Analyzing and evaluating the efficiency of the organization's financial and operational methods, guidelines and processes
Supervising the internal audit teams and directing Experts in various stages of audit implementation
preparing and presenting analytical and written reports to senior management and the audit committee
following and monitoring the implementation of corrective measures and providing feedback to management to reduce organizational risks
participating in designing and improving the organization's policies, procedures and control systems
certification requirements
having at least one year of work experience in the field of auditing and accounting
mastery of accounting and auditing standards
familiarity with laws and regulations Tax, insurance, stock exchange and securities organization
Proficiency in using Excel in financial affairs, data analysis and preparation of management dashboards
Experience in working with ERP software and mastery in financial and operational data extraction and analysis
Skill in professional report writing, risk analysis and presenting executive proposals to senior management
*Having an audit grade from Iran's Certified Public Accountant Society is considered an advantage.
