Position Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy with experience in customer communication, CRM tools, and Excel. You will handle support across VoIP, Tickets, and Telegram.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through VoIP, Tickets, and Telegram
- Provide guidance on orders, digital delivery, payment issues, and service usage
- Track and resolve customer issues using CRM software
- Document issues and follow up with relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach to all interactions
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems & Google Sheet
- Fluent in Persian and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
