ما در ستاد مرکزی شرکت افق کوروش در جستجوی یک مالک محصول برای پیوستن به تیم تحول دیجیتال خود در تهران هستیم. اگر می‌توانید با همکاری تیم‌های مختلف نقش کلیدی در هدایت فرآیند توسعه محصولات جدید ایفا کنید، مشتاقانه منتظر شما هستیم.
شرح شغل:
- جمع‌آوری نیازهای کاربران و ذی‌نفعان برای شناسایی فرایندها و سیستم‌های جدید.
- به‌روزرسانی منظم لیست کارها و اطمینان از به‌روز بودن بک‌لاگ‌ها.
- تحلیل، تست و استقرار پروژه‌های تعریف شده و برقراری ارتباط میان تیم‌های عملیاتی.
- تهیه Business Flow سیستم‌های در حال توسعه.
شرایط احراز:
- توانایی استخراج دیتا با نرم‌افزار SQL و تهیه شمای کلی پروژه با Figma.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر با تیم های توسعه، طراحی، بازاریابی و سایر ذی‌نفعان برای اطمینان از درک مشترک از اهداف محصول.
- توانایی ایجاد مستندات واضح و مختصر در ارتباط با نیازها و ویژگی‌های محصول.
- توانایی استفاده از روش‌های چابک (مثل اسکرام و کانو) برای مدیریت توسعه و بهینه‌سازی فرایندها.
- توانایی شناسایی و مدیریت ذی‌نفعان مختلف و برقراری ارتباطات موثر با آن‌ها.
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Dynamic AX و یا ERPهای مشابه مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
- آشنایی پایه با SQL.

We at the Central Headquarters of Ofogh Koorosh Company are looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital Transformation team in Tehran. If you can play a key role in guiding the development process of new products by collaborating with various teams, we are eagerly awaiting your application.
Job Description:
Collect user and stakeholder requirements to identify new processes and systems
Regularly update task lists and ensure backlogs are up to date
Analyze, test, and deploy defined projects and facilitate communication between operational teams
Prepare Business Flow and other documentation for each system under development
Ability to extract data using SQL software and prepare project schemas with Figma
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with development, design, marketing, and other stakeholder teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals
Ability to create clear and concise documentation regarding product requirements and features
Ability to use agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kano) to manage development and optimize processes
Ability to identify and manage various stakeholders and communicate effectively with them
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP software is an advantage
Basic familiarity with SQL
