Responsibilities:
- Translating business needs into technical specifications
- Own the design, development, and management of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business needs. As well as ad-hoc lead analysis, troubleshooting
- Perform end-to-end deep dive analyses to discover actionable insights for our business stakeholders
- Develop scalable and self-serve data solutions to support team projects, automate processes, and accelerate analytics
- Periodically identify opportunities to optimize the queries/tools in existing projects
- Continuously learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices to help design new studies and build new tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Technology Systems (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering) or another related discipline
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or business intelligence
- knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting language and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Experience with data visualization (SSRS, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Familiar with Machine Learning concepts and tools
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Ability to use techniques such as regression, data manipulation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing, and econometric models
