Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
Define brand positioning and communicate the unique value proposition of the company's offerings
Marketing Campaign Management & Execution:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition
Leverage SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns
Create and manage marketing content (blogs, social media, email marketing, case studies, white papers, etc.)
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement direct and indirect sales strategies, including network-based sales models
Collaborate with sales teams to craft value propositions and close deals
Manage customer relationships and implement CRM systems to optimize sales processes
Build strategic partnerships and negotiate business agreements to expand market reach
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Track and analyze marketing and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics & CRM
Optimize ROI by managing and allocating marketing and sales budgets efficiently
Define and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media management
Strong background in business development and sales, especially in tech
Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation tools
Strong data analysis skills to track performance and optimize strategies
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills for engaging customers and business partners
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video production tools to create marketing materials
Experience working in IT companies is a plus
