Product Designer Team Lead

We’re looking for a Product Designer Team Lead to join one of Saman Electronic Payment (SEP) new subsidiaries — part of an ecosystem where technology, commerce, and innovation come together. You will lead the design function, set the design vision, and ensure product experiences are consistent, scalable, and user-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product design vision and strategy.
• Lead and mentor UX/UI designers.
• Drive user-centered design across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering leads, and executives.
• Oversee design systems and experience consistency.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques, and discovery sessions.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in product design, 2+ in leadership.
• Strong portfolio of complex product and system design.
• Deep understanding of UX strategy, interaction design, and visual systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience scaling design teams or design systems.
• Background in fintech, payments, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in agile/product-led organizations.
