تیم Platform در شرکت سوشیانت به صورت یک تیم محصول عمل می‌کند و بزرگترین ارزشی که این تیم خلق می‌کند Empower کردن سایر تیم‌های محصول شرکت در ارائه سرویس درست به مشتریان خود است. در این راستا تیم Infrastructure که یکی از بازوهای Platform است، مجموعه‌ای از سرویس‌های پایه را همچون نگهداری و مدیریت مراکز داده، زیرساخت مجازی و ذخیره‌سازی، مدیریت ارتباطات شبکه‌ای درون سازمانی و بین شعب، مدیریت زیرساخت آی تی کاربران، مدیریت امنیت و پایش سرویس‌ها و اطمینان از حصول Service Level Agreement است.

شرح شغل:

• رهبری افراد تیم و کمک به پیمودن مسیر شغلی درست آن‌ها.
• تعامل با تیم زیرساخت برای ایجاد یک RoadMap متناسب با چشم‌انداز سازمان.
• تعامل با تیم‌های محصول به عنوان مشتری تیم زیرساخت در ارائه سرویس‌های جدید مورد نیاز و بهبود مستمر زیرساخت سایر سرویس‌ها.
• رهبری تیم زیرساخت در حصول کیفیت لازم سرویس ارائه شده به تیم‌های محصول.
• تعریف و پایش KPIهای لازم برای حصول اطمینان از کارکرد تیم در راستای ارزش ارائه شده به تیم‌های محصول.
• رهبری تیم در ایجاد ابزارها لازم برای پایش و ایجاد نگاه یکپارچه به سرویس‌ها.
• ایجاد و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به تیم محصول در راستای بهبود زیرساخت سرویس‌ها.
• عقد و مدیریت قراردادها و پایش کیفیت سرویس‌های خریداری شده همچون مرکز داده و سایر شرکای تجاری و تأمین‌کنندگان.
• تعامل با سرویس‌دهندگان برای عیب‌یابی و هماهنگی‌های عملیاتی لازم.
• برآورد بودجه و برنامه‌ریزی جهت خرید تجهیزات و نیازمندی‌ها.
• پیاده‌سازی نیازهای امنیتی سازمان.
• نگهداری سرویس‌های انفورماتیک.

• At least 5 years of direct experience as a leader in a company with 24/7 service.

In this regard, the Infrastructure team, which is one of the arms of the Platform, provides a set of basic services such as maintenance and management of data centers, virtual infrastructure and storage, intra-organizational and inter-branch network communication management, user IT infrastructure management, security management. and monitoring the services and ensuring that the Service Level Agreement is achieved.

Job description:
• Leading the team members and helping them navigate the right career path.
• Interacting with the infrastructure team to create a Roadmap according to the vision of the organization.
• Interaction with the product teams as a client of the infrastructure team in providing new required services and continuous improvement of the infrastructure of other services.
• Leadership of the infrastructure team in achieving the necessary quality of the service provided. To the product teams.
• Defining and monitoring the necessary KPIs to ensure the team's performance in line with the value provided to the product teams.
