Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR administrator to support our operations and payroll activities. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to assist in payroll data collection, accuracy checks, documentation, and reporting. Responsibilities
Payroll Support
- Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Assist in calculating salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support the preparation of social security and tax-related documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Record and maintain payroll-related employee information in HR systems.
- Prepare initial payroll reports for the Finance team and HR management.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Support updates to payroll procedures, internal guidelines, and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of labor law, social security, and payroll concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR or payroll systems.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within HR and payroll operations.
