Copywriter & Content Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a skilled copywriter and content specialist who writes and thinks in English, prioritizes clarity, and understands how words can move people and influence numbers.
In this role, you will write across web, blog, email, social, and product-facing content. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and design to turn complex ideas about AI and real estate into simple, useful communication for agents, photographers, and international partners.
What You’ll Do
Content & Copywriting
- Write clear, on-brand copy for landing pages, product pages, social posts, emails, ads, and in-app/UX copy.
- Draft and edit blog posts and content around real estate photo editing, virtual staging, and AI tools.
- Help create scripts and outlines for product videos, tutorials, and event-related content.
- Edit and refine content produced by others to maintain quality, tone, and structure consistency.
Content Operations & SEO
- Research topics and keywords in AI, real estate, and proptech to support our content roadmap.
- Optimize content for search (SEO) and answer engines (AEO) without sacrificing readability.
- Maintain content calendars, keep deadlines on track, and coordinate with designers or freelancers when needed.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Research
- Work with product and UX to write microcopy that guides users through our flows (buttons, modals, tooltips, FAQs).
- Join occasional user interviews, webinars, or partner calls to pull real language and insights into your copy.
- Support campaign launches (feature releases, events, partnerships) with landing copy, emails, and supporting assets.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written English with a strong command of tone, structure, and narrative.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Practical experience writing for blogs, email, and social media channels.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and how to structure content for both humans and search.
- Comfort working with briefs, deadlines, and feedback, and the ability to self-edit to a high standard.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketers without losing ownership of your work.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing UX copy for apps or dashboards.
- Experience in a B2B or startup environment.
- Previous work with real estate, photography, or proptech products.
