شرح وظایف
ایجاد و مدیریت محصولات آموزشی و صفحات لندینگ
بارگذاری و بهروزرسانی دورهها (ویدئو، تصاویر، مشخصات، قیمتگذاری دقیق)
تولید و انتشار محتوای سایت (صفحات دوره، توضیحات، مقالات)
بارگذاری و مدیریت دورههای آفلاین در SpotPlayer
پشتیبانی هنرجویان و مشتریان (ورود به سایت، دسترسی به دورهها، تیکتها و پیامها)
بررسی و گزارش خطاهای فنی سایت به تیم فنی
رفع خطاهای ساده سایت (Duplicate content، خطاهای سئو، خطاهای موجودی یا قیمت)
کار با CRM و استفاده از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در فرآیند محتوا و مدیریت
گزارشگیری منظم از فروش، سفارشها، عملکرد صفحات و خطاها
هماهنگی مستمر با تیم محتوا، فروش و فنی
رعایت کامل استانداردهای برندینگ ANKAA در تصاویر، محتوا و ساختار صفحات
درک این موضوع که هر خطا در سایت، مستقیماً بر فروش و اعتبار برند اثر میگذارد

آشنایی با وردپرس و پنلهای فروش آنلاین
تجربه مدیریت سایت آموزشی یا فروشگاهی (مزیت مهم)
دقت بالا در ورود اطلاعات، قیمتگذاری و بارگذاری محتوا
توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر با واحدهای مختلف

Requirements
