Your new role
As an Electrical Technician at Novo Nordisk, you will:
· Perform preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
· Monitor and manage Facility Management System/ Building Management System, including alarm response
and oversight.
· Support commissioning, qualification, equipment start-up, and challenge testing of electrical systems.
· Investigate root causes of system failures and implement corrective actions.
· Serve as a 5S Champion to maintain 5S standards in utility areas.
· Handle technical deviations and support related engineering back-office tasks.
· Manage Quality Maintenance Tasks and participate in systematic problem-solving for technical and quality issues.
Your new department
You will join the Production Support team, which plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
The team is responsible for maintaining validated utilities such as purified water, clean steam, Heating, Ventilation,
Air Conditioning systems, and electricity to support production processes.
With a focus on collaboration and innovation, the department fosters a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere where every team member contributes to delivering high-quality solutions.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician who can meet the following qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering (or equivalent) with 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
· 2–3 years in industrial maintenance experience with strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting electrical systems and performing maintenance activities.
· Fluent English and strong communication abilities.
· Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with solid analytical, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
· Nice-to-have: experience in GMP/non‑GMP environments, Programmable Logic Controllers /automation systems, 5S and
systematic problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration (Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Procurement, Information Technology).
