- Coordinate project-related activities to ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigating strategies
- Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to project sponsors and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related fields
- Experience in FinTech and LendTech industries is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination and project management role
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
