صلاحیت ها:

• Collaborate closely with the business to identify and implement improvements for existing solutions.
• Contribute to the development of capabilities delivered by global teams as well as regional/local solutions.
• Engage with other regions rolling out systems ahead of the region to gain insights and accelerate solution delivery locally.
• Support regional teams by sharing knowledge and best practices for successful deployment.
• Leverage low-code tools within the JTI environment to enhance and deliver simple, short-term capabilities.
• Ensure stability, reliability, and compliance of all shared D&IT applications and solutions within the portfolio, adhering to legislation (e.g., payroll, data integrity) for the region.
• Manage incident and problem resolution for all applications under his/her responsibility, overseeing all related aspects within the function.
• Align strategically with internal and external D&IT service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee the application portfolio, driving operational excellence (incident management, maintenance, enhancements, change requests, problem management) while managing demands and project execution for the function.
• Lead localization and rollout projects for centralized systems, including detailed planning, data migration, resource coordination, and go-live activities.
• Manage the D&IT budgets for regional applications and services, optimizing, controlling, and reducing costs to enhance budget efficiency and profitability.
• Promote cost avoidance by aligning with corporate application standards (e.g., SAP for ERP, TME for sales force, SAP HR for personnel master data) and maximizing the reuse of existing solutions across the group.
• Govern system change control by enforcing compliance with D&IT policies, procedures, and standards, thereby reducing technology risk and lowering costs through adherence to D&IT technology guidelines.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in the IT discipline with 5+ of those years in IT Management of Business Solutions/ Application teams (including people management where relevant).
• Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies.
• Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in at least 5 of the following new technology trends: Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate), Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse Technologies, Field Sales Solutions, Online Sales, Loyalty, and payment systems.
• Solutions design proposal and architecture (business applications and D&IT infrastructure), including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability,
• Project management (medium to large-scale projects).
• Able to think clearly and act decisively in crisis situations.
