Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across various channels with a focus on conversion rate optimization, sales growth, and brand enhancement.
· Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, including designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
· Contribute to setting OKRs, team goals, and growth strategies while tracking gaps and proposing effective solutions.
· Prepare, present, and interpret regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, establishing feedback loops for continuous campaign improvement.
· Identify user behavior patterns, market trends, and optimization opportunities using a data-driven and analytical mindset.
· Lead direct marketing projects from planning to execution and monitoring, taking full ownership of timelines and financial targets.
· Design, monitor, and optimize email marketing workflows, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and performance analysis.
· Monitor budgets, spending, and campaign effectiveness to ensure financial efficiency and maximize ROI.
· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless and aligned campaign execution.
· Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) by identifying funnel bottlenecks, executing targeted tests, and analyzing landing page performance.
· Explore and analyze opportunities to apply emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to enhance marketing effectiveness.
· Evaluate channel and campaign performance using OKR tracking, historical data, and predictive reporting.
· Design and lead process improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows.
· Propose innovative, data-driven solutions to solve real business challenges through research, analysis, and modeling.
· Lead creative campaign execution with a deep understanding of audience personas, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital campaign execution, performance marketing, or direct marketing.
· Strong project management and organizational skills across the full campaign lifecycle—from planning through execution and evaluation.
· Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches aligned with business goals.
· Analytical mindset with a passion for data and the ability to extract actionable insights from performance metrics and reports.
· Strong command of KPIs and performance optimization based on data analysis.
· Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Google Data Studio, and advanced Excel.
· Familiarity with CRO concepts and marketing automation platforms, along with experience in executing A/B tests.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective and creative solutions in dynamic environments.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
