• مسلط به استعلام و ارزیابی قیمت و کیفیت متریال.
• توانایی سفارش‌گذاری بر اساس نیاز سازمان.
• توانایی پیگیری دریافت سفارشات مطابق LT.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• توانایی پایش عملکرد تامین‌کنندگان و شاخص‌های فرآیندی و ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی.
• مهارت در مدیریت زمان و کار تیمی.
