جهان نمو، یک شرکت معتبر در صنعت تولید و فرآیند، به دنبال جذب یک حسابدار حقوق و دستمزد در تهران است. این شخص مسئولیت مدیریت کلیه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با حقوق و دستمزد کارکنان را برعهده دارد.

شرح شغل:

• محاسبه و پردازش دقیق حقوق و دستمزد کارکنان در سیکل‌های زمانی منظم.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات مالی مربوط به حقوق و دستمزد برای مدیریت.
• مدیریت تراکنش‌های مرتبط با بیمه و مالیات بر حقوق.
• همکاری با تیم منابع انسانی برای اطمینان از صحت داده‌های حقوق و دستمزد.
• رسیدگی به سوالات و مسائل مربوط به پرداخت و جبران خسارات کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای راهکاران و سیستم‌های حقوق و دستمزد.
• آشنایی کامل با مقررات بیمه و مالیات مرتبط با حقوق و دستمزد.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر.

Responsibilities:

Competences:
- Certificate in Financial, Accounting or Banking
