کارشناس ارشد شبکه و زیر ساخت | Senior Network & Infrastructure Specialist

کارشناس ارشد شبکه وزیرساخت مسئول طراحی، پیاده سازی، نگهداری وارتقاء زیرساخت های شبکه ای سازمان است. او با تمرکز بر عملکرد، امنیت، پایداری و توسعه شبکه های ارتباطی و تجهیزات زیرساختی، نقش کلیدی در تضمین پشتیبانی مؤثر از خدمات فناوری اطلاعات ایفا می کند وشامل وظایف ذیل می شود:
•طراحی وبیاده سازی شبکه های Wireless و LAN. WAN
•مدیریت ونگهداری تجهیزات شبکه مانند سوئیچها، روترها، فایروالها و oLoad Balancer
•نظارت بر عملکرد شبکه ورفع اشکالات فنی در سریع ترین زمان ممکن
•اجرای سیاستهای امنیتی در سطح زیرساخت از جمله VLAN، VPN وسیستمهای IDSIIPS
•مدیریت وارتقاء سرورها، مراکز داده و تجهیزات ذخیره سازی
•مستندسازی معماری شبکه وتغییرات انجام شده
•همکاری باتیم امنیت اطلاعات برای ایمن سازی لایه زیرساخت
•پایش ظرفیت وبرنامه ریزی برای توسعه شبکه متناسب با نیازهای آینده


مهارت‌های تخصصی:

•مفاهیم شبکه Switching , TCPIIP. DNS. DHCP. Routing
•آشنایی با پروتکل ها واستاندار دهای طراحی شبکه های سازمانی
•تجهیزات وفناوری های برندهای رایج مانند Fortinet , Cisco. Mikrotik, HP
• سیستم عامل های شبکه ای (ویندوز سرور، لینوکس) ومجازی سازیVMware. Hyper-V
•مبانی امنیت شبکه و روش های مقابله با تهدیدات
•توانایی تحلیل، طراحی وعیب یابی زیرساخت های شبکه ای بیچیده
•تسلط بر ابزارهای مانیتورینگ شبکه مانند SolarWinds یا Zabbix, PRTG
•توانایی پیاده سازی ونگهداری انواع مختلف سناریوهای فایل پشتیبان

مهارت‌های نرم:

•مهارت در مدیریت تغییرات، مستندسازی و ارائه گزارش های فنی
•توانمندی درکار تیمی وارتباط مؤثر با تیم های پشتیبانی وامنیت
•دقت، انضباط کاری و پیگیری منظم مشکلات

شرایط احراز:

1- تحصیلات : داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در یکی از رشته های کامپیوتر، مهندسی کامپیوتر،برق والکترونیک
2- داشتن حداقل 7 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
3- تجربه همکاری با واحدهای مختلف سازمانی وشرکت های زیر مجموعه

The senior network expert of the Ministry of Construction is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and upgrading the network infrastructure of the organization. By focusing on the performance, security, stability and development of communication networks and infrastructure equipment, he plays a key role in ensuring the effective support of information technology services and includes the following tasks: Designing and implementing Wireless and LAN networks. WAN
• Management and maintenance of network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls and oLoad Balancer
• Monitoring network performance and fixing technical problems as soon as possible
• Implementation of security policies at the infrastructure level including VLAN, VPN and IDSIIPS systems
• Management and upgrading of servers, data centers and storage equipment
• Documentation of network architecture and changes made
• Batim cooperation Information security to secure the infrastructure layer
•Monitoring capacity and planning for network development according to future needs


Specialized skills:

•Network concepts of Switching, TCPIIP. DNS. DHCP. Routing • Familiarity with protocols and design standards of enterprise networks • Equipment and technologies of common brands such as Fortinet, Cisco. Mikrotik, HP
• Network operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and VMware virtualization. Hyper-V
• Fundamentals of network security and methods of dealing with threats
• Ability to analyze, design and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Zabbix, PRTG
• Ability to implement and maintain different types of backup file scenarios

Soft skills:

• Skill in change management, documentation and presentation of technical reports
• Ability to work in a team and effective communication with the support and security teams
• Accuracy, work discipline and regular follow-up of problems

Qualification conditions:

1- Education: having at least a master's degree in one of the fields of computer, computer engineering, electricity and electronics
2- Having at least 7 years of related work experience
3- Experience of working with different organizational units and subsidiary companies
