مدیر حسابرسی داخلی | Internal Audit Manager

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت بر چگونگی اجرای فرایند حسابرسی از قبیل برنامه‌ریزی، بررسی و گزارش‌دهی به منظور ارزیابی اثربخشی و کارایی کنترل‌های داخلی منطبق با استانداردهای حسابرسی.
• نظارت بر بازبینی مدارک حسابرسی جهت تطابق با استانداردهای کیفی حسابرسی و اطمینان از تعریف اصولی حسابرسی و مستندسازی صیحح.
• نظارت و بررسی نتایج و موضوعات حسابرسی با مالک فرایند به منظور تایید صحت حسابرسی.
• ارتباط با ذی‌نفعان جهت اعلام وضعیت حسابرسی، نتایج بررسی، مشاهدات و ارائه پیشنهاداتی جهت بهبود.
• گسترش روابط با مدیران سازمانی جهت شناخت بهتر سازمان، ریسک‌ها و محیط آن همانند یک مشاور قابل اعتماد برای سازمان.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی، فناوری اطلاعات یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• مسلط به MS Office و Power BI.
• آشنایی با سیستم ERP.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در زمینه مدیریت حسابرسی شرکت‌های تولیدی.

Job Description:
Manage how the audit process is implemented such as planning, review and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls in accordance with audit standards.
Monitoring audit evaluation to adapt to audit qualitative standards and assure the principle of audit and documentary documentation.
Monitoring and reviewing audit results and issues with the process owner to confirm the accuracy of the audit.
Communicate with stakeholders to announce audit status, review results, observations, and offers offers for improvement.
Expand relationships with organizational managers to better understand the organization, its risks and environment like a reliable consultant for the organization.
