About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Assistant Manager to provide critical administrative and sales support to our CEO. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our sales pipeline and daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
While some days may be quiet, we require an individual who can commit to full-day availability (7-8 hours per day) within Vancouver time to take calls, manage urgent tasks, and support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- CEO Support: Assist the CEO with a variety of administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Sales Support: Follow up with leads to book discovery sessions and with clients to secure deposits and payments.
- Communication: Handle company phone calls and manage the main email inbox, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Team Coordination: Organize internal team events, track days off, and manage staff recognition programs.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of our operations.
Qualifications:
- English Fluency (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading)
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, etc.).
- High level of reliability and trustworthiness.
- Ability to commit to full-day availability within Vancouver time (PST).
