About the department:

The Production Department at Novo Nordisk’s local manufacturing site in Kordan, Iran, is at the heart of our mission to improve patients’ lives. Our team is dedicated to transforming raw materials into high-quality finished products, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position:

As a Production Operator at Novo Nordisk, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operate the assembly line during production, including material feeding and managing glass cartridges.
• Attach all batch labels and document production activities in the Batch Production Report (BPR).
• Perform batch change-overs, ensuring line clearance, verification, and proper handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate assembly-related logbooks while ensuring basic compliance.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, analysing records to identify issues and suggest performance improvements.

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical manufacturing industries, or any FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work independently while being a dedicated team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in different shifts based on business needs.
