مهندس مانیتورینگ شبکه | Front Office Engineer

شرکت رایتل در نظر دارد از بین فارغ‌التحصیلان آقا در تمامی گرایش‌های مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر که دارای توانمندی‌های زیر هستند برای عنوان شغلی کارشناس مانیتورینگ سایت‌های مخابراتی RAN Front Office دعوت به همکاری به عمل آورد؛

خلاصه شرح شغل و وظایف در زمان شیفت:

• پایش آلارم و پارامترهای حیاتی سیستم‌ها.
• بررسی و شناسایی خرابی‌ها.
• ثبت تیکت و پیگیری خرابی‌ها.
• بررسی و کنترل روند انجام فعالیت‌های (CR) و پیگیری نتایج آن‌ها.
• گزارش‌دهی از رخدادهای شبکه.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در گرایش‌های مختلف رشته‌های برق، کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات  یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل یک سال سابقه کار مرتبط با شبکه‌های تلفن همراه کشور.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای NCE ،MAE ،U31 و u2000.
• آشنایی با ساختار شبکه 3G ،2G و 4G.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات Huawei ،ZTE ،Nokia مورد استفاده در سایت‌های مخابراتی.
• آشنایی با لینک‌های ماکروویو و شبکه دسترسی رادیویی (RAN).
• آشنایی با مهارت‌های ICDL به خصوص Excel و Word.
• داشتن کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم.
• توانایی کار به صورت شیفت‌های 12 ساعته.
• قابلیت کار گروهی.

Raitel Company intends to invite graduates from Agha in all fields of electrical and computer engineering, who have the following capabilities, for the job title of RAN Front Office Telecommunication Site Monitoring Expert: - Having a minimum degree Bachelor's degree in various fields of electricity, computer, information technology and related fields - Having at least one year of work experience related to the country's mobile phone networks - Familiarity with NCE, MAE, U31 and u2000
- Familiarity with 3G, 2G and 4G network structure
- Familiarity with Huawei, ZTE, Nokia equipment used in telecommunication sites
- Familiarity with microwave links and radio access network (RAN)
- Acquaintance with ICDL skills, especially Excel and Word
- Having a termination of service card or permanent exemption
- Ability to work in 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work Group

- Review and identification of breakdowns
- Registration of tickets and follow-up of breakdowns
- Checking and controlling the process of activities (CR) and following up on their results
