Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on SMS channels and other digital marketing tools.
• Create engaging advertising content and perform effective SMS copywriting tailored to the target audience.
• Operate and manage SMS sending tools and platforms for large-scale campaigns.
• Perform precise audience segmentation based on customer behavior and available data for targeted outreach.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports.
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze campaign and customer database data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Data, and Support) to ensure aligned campaign execution.
• Generate creative ideas to improve conversion rates and enhance message effectiveness.
