درباره شغل:
مدیر برنامه ریزی زنجیره تامین مسئول نظارت بر بودجه، موجودی و برنامه تولید بخش یا پروژه ها و حفظ موجودی بهینه مواد تولیدی است.
مسئولیتها:
برنامهریزی عملیات:
- تهیه و نظارت بر برنامههای تولید دورهای
- برنامهریزی تعهدات تولید و جدول زمانی واحدهای تجاری با استفاده از برنامه زمانبندی اصلی تولید (mps)
- مدیریت جنبههای تقاضا در تولید محصولات جدید برای اطمینان از تحویل به موقع بازار. دستیابی به اهداف هدف
- تهیه و مدیریت Mrp، mps و تقاضا با استفاده از ddac و سیستم اطلاعاتی واحد برنامه ریزی برای جلوگیری از اختلالات پیش بینی نشده.
برنامه ریزی تقاضا:
- انجام و شرکت در جلسات بررسی تقاضا، اطمینان از مشارکت فعال تیم فروش در تهیه پیش بینی های مبتنی بر gps
- بررسی تاثیر دوگانه در سرویس، بررسی تاثیر دوگانه در روز، ارزیابی و ارزیابی روزها در پیش بینی خدمات برجسته (dio).
مدیریت و گزارش برنامه ریزی:
- مشارکت کامل و تفویض مسئولیت ها به سرپرستان برنامه ریزی
- جمع آوری داده های آماری مربوطه و تولید گزارش ها، داده های kpis، rca، و انجام تجزیه و تحلیل ریسک برنامه ریزی در چارچوب محدودیت های عرضه

شرایط:
- حداقل مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی صنایع
- حداقل 7 سال سابقه مرتبط.

About the Job:
Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for monitoring the department or projects' budget, inventory, and production schedule, and maintaining optimally efficient inventory of production materials.
Responsibilities:
Operation Planning:
- Preparing and monitoring periodic production schedules
- Planning production commitments and timetables for business units using a Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Managing demand aspects in the production of new products to ensure timely market delivery.
Supply Planning:
- Generating Material Requirement Plans (MRP) to set purchase orders and meet target goals
- Preparing and managing rolling MRP, MPS, and demand using DDAC and the Planning Unit Information System to prevent unforeseen disruptions.
Demand Planning:
- Conducting and participating in demand review meetings, ensure active participation from the sales team in preparing forecasts based on GPS
- Reviewing forecast accuracy, bias, and assess the impact on service and inventory Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO).
Planning Management & Reporting:
- Engaging fully and delegate responsibilities to Planning Supervisors
- Collecting relevant statistical data and generate reports, KPIs, RCA data, and perform planning risk analysis within supply constraints
- Preparing and facilitating operations and supply review meetings, cooperating with Manufacturing and C&P managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Ability to work with MS office
- Ability to work with databases
- Familiar with Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Complete mastery of statistical Forecasting Methods
- Complete mastery of Supply Planning Process
- Complete mastery of Demand Planning Process
- Good knowledge of English.
