شرح موقعیت شغلی
• شناسایی و توسعه‌ی مشتریان جدید در صنایع هدف (نفت و گاز، فولاد، سیمان، خودروسازی و تولیدی‌ها)
• ارائه‌ی مشاوره فنی و انتخاب مناسب‌ترین محصول بر اساس نوع کاربرد و نیاز مشتری
• مذاکره، عقد قرارداد و پیگیری وصول مطالبات
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم فنی و بازرگانی جهت تأمین، قیمت‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی فروش
• تحلیل بازار و رقبا و ارائه‌ی گزارش‌های ماهانه فروش
شرایط احراز
• حداقل 3 سال سابقه‌ی کار مرتبط در فروش روغن صنعتی، روانکار یا محصولات پتروشیمیایی ( با تمرکز بر صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی)
• مدرک تحصیلی مرتبط
• آشنایی با برندهای مطرح جهانی
• آشنایی کامل با انواع روانکارهای صنعتی Mineral, Synthetic, Gear Oils, Compressor Oils, Hydraulic Oils, Turbine Oils
• تسلط بر تهیه و تدوین مشخصات فنی (دیتاشیت) و استانداردهای مرتبط ،
• توانایی مذاکره مؤثر و ارتباط قوی با مشتریان صنعتی
• روحیه‌ی پیگیری، مسئولیت‌پذیری و کار تیمی
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی فنی (درک کاتالوگ‌ها و MSDS)

• دارای روحیه تحلیلگری و توانایی حل مسائل پیچیده فنی
• مهارت ارتباطی و مذاکره عالی برای تعامل با مشتریان و تیم داخلی

Job description
• Identification and development of new customers in the target industries (oil and gas, steel, cement, automotive and manufacturing)
• Providing technical advice and choosing the most suitable product based on the type of application and customer needs
• Negotiating, concluding contracts and following up on claims collection
• Close cooperation with the technical and commercial team for supply, pricing and sales planning
• Market and competitor analysis and providing monthly sales reports
Requirements
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the sale of industrial oil, lubricants or petrochemical products (with a focus on oil, gas and petrochemical industries)
• Relevant educational qualification
• Familiarity with world-renowned brands
• Complete familiarity with all types of industrial lubricants Mineral, Synthetic, Gear Oils, Compressor Oils, Hydraulic Oils, Turbine Oils
• Mastery in preparing and compiling technical specifications (data sheets) and related standards,
• Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate strongly with customers Industrial
• The spirit of follow-up, responsibility and teamwork
• Familiarity with technical English (understanding catalogs and MSDS)

• Possessing an analytical spirit and the ability to solve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers and the internal team
