• تسلط به نحوه ثبت و پیگیری شکایات مشتریان
• توانایی انجام بازرسی های میدانی و مستندسازی تخلفات
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات حمل و نقل هوایی، ثبت سفارش، فرآیندهای گمرکی، بازرسی و حقوق مشتریان
• تحمل فشار کاری و مدیریت استرس
• توانایی تصمیم گیری سریع و منطقی
• روحیه کارتیمی و تعامل سازنده با سایر بخش ها
• صداقت و امانت داری درانجام امور بازرسی
• ترجیحا دارای سابقه کار در واحد بازرسی یا کنترل کیفیت
• ترجیحا مسلط به مبانی و فرایندهای کنترل و مدیریت پروژه
• ترجیحا اشنا به مبانی حقوقی و قانونی فرایندهای حمل هوایی و گمرکی
