کارشناس مدارک مهندسی (DCC) | Document Control Coordinator

شرایط احراز شغل:
1- آشنایی با اسناد مهندسی پروژه‌های نفت و گاز و توانایی تهیه مدارک اعم از ITP و VPIS, FINAL DATABOOK و استانداردهای متریال ASME, API

2- آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعت نفت و گاز
3- روابط عمومی بالا
4- چالش‌پذیر و متقاعدکننده با روحیه کار تیمی

شرح وظایف:
تهیه آرشیو کارآمد از پیش‌نویس مدارک مهندسی
تایید مدارک و اسناد لازم از قبیل TBE, TCL قبل از عقد قرارداد
بررسی وجوه فنی قرارداد ارسالی از سوی مشتری قبل از عقد قرارداد و اعمال اصلاحات لازم
تهیه، بارگذاری و ارسال مدارک کنترل پروژه و اسناد مرتبط مانند WBS, Time Schedule, Progress Report بعد از عقد قرارداد
تهیه، بارگذاری و ارسال مدارک مهندسی طبق VPIS تایید شده هر پروژه
نهایی‌سازی ITP طبق جلسه PIM هر پروژه
نظارت بر ارسال دعوتنامه بازرسی طبق دستورالعمل هر پروژه
ارتباط با کارشناسان تخصصی سایر ارکان پروژه
تهیه کتابچه نهایی
ارائه پیشنهادات جهت بهبود قابلیت‌های سیستم مدیریت محتوا
تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها جهت شناسایی یا حل مشکلات عملیاتی (رفع کامنت‌های مطرح شده در مدارک مهندسی)

Qualification requirements: 1- Familiarity with engineering documents of oil and gas projects and the ability to prepare documents such as ITP and VPIS, FINAL DATABOOK and ASME material standards, API TCL before signing the contract
checking the technical aspects of the contract sent by the customer before signing the contract and making the necessary amendments
preparing, uploading and sending project control documents and related documents such as WBS, Time Schedule, Progress Report after signing the contract
preparing, uploading and sending engineering documents according to the approved VPIS of each project
finalizing the ITP according to the PIM meeting of each project
supervising the sending of inspection invitations according to the instructions of each project
communicating with specialized experts of other project elements
preparation The final booklet
Providing suggestions to improve the capabilities of the content management system
Data analysis to identify or solve operational problems (fixing the comments raised in the engineering documents)
