شرح شغل :
انجام نیازسنجی آموزشی براساس شغل و شاغل به منظور تعیین نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان
تخصیص بهینه بودجه تقویم آموزشی تهیه شده بر اساس اعتبارات شرکت
تهیه و بروزرسانی شناسنامه آموزشی کارکنان بر اساس دوره های طی شده
هماهنگی با مراکز آموزشی مختلف بر اساس نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان سازمان
ارزیابی مدرسین درون و برون سازمانی
شناسایی اهداف آموزشی و در نظرگرفتن فرهنگ و نظام ارزشی در طراحی دوره ها
تبیین نظریه های یادگیری در زمینه آموزش موثر
مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش های فردی و تیمی
ارزیابی موثر برنامه های آموزشی
جمع اوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده های مربوط به بررسی عملکرد، رضایت شغلی و نیازهای آموزشی پرسنل
طراحی، پیاده سازی و اجرای سیستم مدیریت عملکرد کارکنان بر اساس استانداردهای مربوطه
ایجاد و حفظ روابط موثر با ذینفعان کلیدی برای اطمینان از هم راستایی برنامه های توسعه با نیازهای سازمان
ارتباط با موسسات و اساتید آموزشی
هماهنگی لازم برای جامعه پذیری افراد جدیدالاستخدام
ارزیابی مدرسین درون و برون سازمانی

تسلط بر فرآیند و متدهای آموزشی
آشنایی با روش های مدیریت عملکرد
آشنایی با مدل شایستگی
توانایی ایجاد تعامل و ارتباطات سازمانی
آشنایی بر نظام آموزش و توسعه کارکنان L&D
آشنایی با طراحی ساختار سازمانی
آشنایی با فرآیند آنبوردینگ و افبوردینگ
دارای روحیه کار تیمی و آشنایی با اصول و فنون مذاکره موثر

Job description:
Perform training needs assessment based on job and employee in order to determine the training needs of employees
Optimum allocation of the training calendar budget prepared based on company credits
Preparation and updating of training ID cards of employees based on the courses completed
Coordination with different training centers based on the training needs of the organization's employees
Teacher evaluation Internal and external organizations
Identifying educational goals and considering culture and value system in the design of courses
Explaining learning theories in the field of effective training
Comparing the effectiveness of individual and team training
Effective evaluation of training programs
Collection and analysis of data related to the review of performance, job satisfaction and training needs of personnel
Designing, implementing and implementing an employee performance management system based on relevant standards
Creating and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders for Ensuring the alignment of development programs with the needs of the organization
Communication with educational institutions and professors
Necessary coordination for the socialization of new hires
Evaluation of teachers inside and outside the organization

Certification conditions:
Familiarity with human resources processes
Familiarity with the 10015 standard
Mastery of educational processes and methods
Familiarity with performance management methods
Familiarity with the model Competency
Ability to create organizational interaction and communication
Familiarity with L&D staff training and development system
Familiarity with organizational structure design
Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding process
Having a spirit of teamwork and familiarity with effective negotiation principles and techniques
