مدیر تولید | Production Manager

وظایف اصلی:

• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولید و بهینه‌سازی روندهای کاری.
• تضمین رعایت استانداردهای کیفی و بهداشتی در خطوط تولید.
• مدیریت تیم تولید و هماهنگی با سایر بخش‌ها برای بهبود راندمان.
• تدوین و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیرعامل.

شرایط احراز:

• دارای مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مرتبط (مهندسی صنایع، شیمی، مدیریت صنعتی یا مهندسی صنایع غذایی).
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در سمت مدیریت تولید در صنایع غذایی.
• توانایی نظارت و مدیریت فرآیندهای تولید بهینه و کارآمد.
• آشنایی کامل با اصول و استانداردهای GMP و ISO.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت تیم، برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی تولید.
• توانایی حل مسئله، تصمیم‌گیری سریع و مدیریت بحران.
• ترجیحا آشنا با شرایط تولید مستمر در شیفت‌های شبانه‌روزی.

Having a degree in related fields (industrial engineering, chemistry, industrial management and food industry engineering)
at least 5 years of work experience in the position of production management in the food industry
ability to monitor and manage optimal and efficient production processes
Full familiarity with GMP and ISO principles and standards
Strong skills in team management, planning and production scheduling
Problem solving ability, quick decision making and crisis management
Preferably familiar with continuous production conditions in shifts Around the clock

Ensuring compliance with quality and health standards in production lines
Managing the production team and coordinating with other departments To improve efficiency
