As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and cultivate new business opportunities. Your expertise in B2B sales will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, values;
- Managing all corporate selling operations and activities;
- Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team through training, empowerment, support and effective performance management;
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients;
- Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities;
- Establishing sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities;
- Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads;
- Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the ideal value propositions;
- Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings;
- Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections;
- Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction;
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all clients and lead information;
- Prepare periodic sales report.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in managerial position;
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales;
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms;
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings or presentations;
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline;
- Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature;
- BSc/BA in Engineering, business administration or relevant field.
