We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
1- Data Analysis and Insights
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
- Translate business requirements into analytical problems and provide actionable insights.
2- Machine Learning and Modeling
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- Evaluate model performance and refine algorithms for optimal results.
- Experiment with cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML and implement where applicable.
3- Visualization and Reporting
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Present technical results in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences.
4- Collaboration and Strategy
- Work closely with business teams, engineers, and product managers to define objectives and align solutions with organizational goals.
- Act as a consultant to guide data-driven decision-making across the organization.
5- Data Engineering and Integration
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.
- Develop ETL pipelines and automate workflows to streamline data processes.
Requirements
1- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role (2–5 years preferred).
2- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing and model deployment.
3- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
- Ability to tackle complex business problems with innovative data solutions.
