As our products continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to help us elevate the user experience and strengthen the connection between our business goals and the people who use our products. This role is about more than just creating beautiful interfaces — it’s about understanding users, translating their needs into intuitive journeys, and shaping a cohesive design language that supports both our brand and our vision. You’ll join a collaborative team where design is a strategic partner in building meaningful, human-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into meaningful design solutions — from research and ideation to detailed UI and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system: ensure consistency in UI components, interaction patterns, accessibility, documentation, versioning.
- Collaborate with business owners, product managers and engineers: translate business requirements into design solutions, advocate for design decisions, negotiate trade-offs, ensure implementation fidelity.
- Plan, execute, and iterate on design processes compatible with Agile (sprint-based) and Waterfall (phase-based) workflows.
- Build, maintain, and evolve the company’s design system and UI library.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of design work.
Required Qualifications& Skills
- Strong portfolio of shipped digital products (mobile + web), demonstrating end-to-end design thinking (not just UI visuals).
- Experience building, maintaining or scaling design systems and UI component libraries.
- Excellent collaboration skills: ability to work across teams (product, engineering, research, business) in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication & storytelling: able to present design rationale to stakeholders, defend decisions, align teams.
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: user-centered design, interaction design, accessibility, usability testing and data-informed iteration.
