As a Senior Performance Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to attract new customers and maximize the lifetime value of our existing base. You will strategically design, execute, and optimize campaigns that span the entire customer lifecycle, from initial acquisition to long-term retention and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across push, SMS, and email channels, with a dual focus on driving new customer acquisition and fostering strong customer retention.
- Implement advanced segmentation techniques (e.g., RFM) to create highly targeted and efficient campaigns that effectively attract diverse new audiences while also deepening engagement with our existing customer base.
- Develop and optimize incentive programs, including the strategic creation and distribution of promo codes, specifically designed to accelerate new customer sign-ups and encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data using advanced Google Sheets functionalities and Looker Studio dashboards. Use these insights to identify opportunities for acquiring valuable new segments and enhancing personalized communication strategies for long-term customer value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, sales teams, and tour managers, to ensure all performance marketing initiatives are fully aligned with overarching business goals, supporting both sustainable growth (acquisition) and customer satisfaction (retention).
- Rigorously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of automated marketing campaigns, utilizing Looker Studio and Google Sheets for clear data visualization. Provide actionable insights to continuously refine strategies and boost key performance indicators (KPIs) for both acquisition funnels and retention rates.
- Act as a key liaison with ventures and stakeholders, translating complex performance data (including metrics on new customer growth and existing customer churn/engagement) into clear, understandable insights and ensuring alignment on campaign results and future optimization efforts.
- Proactively analyze eCRM data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and optimize performance at every stage, from initial conversion to ongoing loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related analytical field, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in both customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Looker Studio (or similar data visualization/reporting tools) for in-depth data analysis, manipulation, and the creation of insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven performance campaigns.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing incentive programs, including the strategic application of promo codes to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Exceptional analytical mindset, with a track record of interpreting complex data, deriving actionable performance insights, and applying them to optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact on both growth and retention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate performance insights and collaborate effectively with ventures, internal stakeholders, sales teams, and tour managers.
