Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Leading and managing SEO/SEM: Responsible for develop and implement effective SEO strategies and managing SEM campaigns (daily Monitor and optimize based on CPO, CPA, ROI, Average Position, and Search Impression Share parameters)
- Maintain and monitor bid strategies, targeting methods (daily and monthly budget caps etc.)
- Collaborate with other teams on SEO/SEM strategies and Educate on SEO and SEM and how their efforts/workstreams impact search traffic
- Research and report relevant search engine keywords and trends; Ensure keyword consistency and optimization and development, execution, and measurement of content strategy
- Build and execute on a backlinking strategy to drive quality referral traffic to our site and
improve our domain authority
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in SEO/SEM
- Deep knowledge of SEM best practices, campaign management, and ROI measurement on search, display and app install advertising
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices required, experience with SEO attribution reporting (technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO)
- Familiarity with relevant tools (Yoast, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Ahref,…)
- Working knowledge of SEO copywriting
- Ability to be flexible and shift priorities as required by changing project landscape
