مدیر محصول | Product Manager

مدیر محصول پاورباکس مسئول هدایت توسعه محصولات دیجیتال و فیجیتال شرکت است؛ از تعریف نیازمندی‌ها و طراحی تجربه کاربری تا تحویل محصول نهایی. این نقش در مرکز تعامل بین تیم های مارکتینگ، بیزینس، عملیات با تیم های تکنولوژی و طراحی قرار دارد و هدف آن، خلق محصولات منسجم و کاربرمحور برای مشتریان B2B(برندها)، کاربران و شرکای تجاری پاورباکس است.

فرد منتخب باید درک عمیقی از محصولات فناوری‌محور ( IOT ، CMS، DOOH ads ) داشته باشد، بتواند نیازهای مختلف را به زبان محصول ترجمه کند، و با ذهنی خلاق و ساختارمند، ایده‌ها را از مفهوم تا اجرا پیش ببرد.


وظایف :
مالکیت کامل محصولات و فیچرها از ایده تا لانچ
تعریف و اولویت‌بندی backlog و roadmap محصول بر اساس نیازهای بیزینس و تیم های مختلف
برگزاری جلسات منظم با تیم‌های مختلف ( بیزینس، مارکتینگ، عملیات و پشتیبانی) برای جمع‌آوری نیازمندی‌ها و تعریف محصولات مورد نیاز( دیجیتال/ فیجیتال)
جمع‌آوری و تحلیل بازخورد مشتریان و شرکای تجاری برای شناسایی نیازهای واقعی بازار و تبدیل آن‌ها به فیچرها و بهبودهای قابل اجرا در محصول.
تعریف نیازمندی ها و فیچرها در قالب user story و acceptance criteria برای تیم های طراحی و فنی
همکاری نزدیک با تیم طراحی برای ساخت wireframe، prototype و تست تجربه کاربری
همکاری با تیم فنی برای تحویل محصول و مانیتورینگ کیفیت اجرا
جمع‌آوری داده از عملکرد محصول، تحلیل KPIها و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی برای تصمیم‌گیری بهتر
مدیریت زمان، منابع و هماهنگی برای تحویل به‌موقع نسخه‌های محصول

شرایط و مهارت ها:
حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
مهارت عالی در ارتباطات، تسهیل‌گری و مدیریت بین‌تیمی
خلاقیت بالا در ایده‌پردازی و طراحی مفهومی محصولات جدید
آشنایی با فناوری‌های نو مانند هوش مصنوعی
دارای ذهن تحلیلی، خلاق و نگاه محصول‌محور
تسلط کامل به مفاهیم UI/UX، User Research، Prototyping
سابقه همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های فنی
تجربه در شرکت‌های حوزه IoT، DOOH، AdTech مزیت محسوب می‌شود

The Powerbox product manager is responsible for leading the development of the company's digital and physical products; From defining the requirements and designing the user experience to delivering the final product. This role is at the center of the interaction between marketing, business, operations teams with technology and design teams, and its goal is to create coherent and user-oriented products for B2B customers (brands), users and business partners of Powerbox.


Duties:
Complete ownership of products and features from idea to launch
Definition and prioritization of product backlog and roadmap based on business needs and different teams
Holding regular meetings with different teams (business, marketing, operation and support) to gather requirements and define required products (digital/phygital)
Collection and analysis of feedback from customers and business partners to identify real market needs and transform it to the features and improvements that can be implemented in the product.
Definition of requirements and features in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for design and technical teams
Close cooperation with the design team to build wireframe, prototype and user experience testing
Cooperation with the technical team to deliver the product and monitor the execution quality
Collect data from product performance, analyze KPIs and provide analytical reports for better decision-making
Manage time, resources and coordination for timely delivery of versions Product

Conditions and skills:
At least 5 years of related work experience
Excellent skills in communication, facilitation and inter-team management
High creativity in ideation and conceptual design of new products
Familiarity with new technologies such as artificial intelligence
Having an analytical, creative and product-oriented mind
Complete mastery of UI/UX concepts, User Research, Prototyping
Experience of working closely with technical teams
Experience It is an advantage in IoT, DOOH, AdTech companies
