کارشناس فروش و بازاریابی | Sales and Marketing Expert

شرکت طراحان ایده صدرا در جستجوی یک کارشناس فروش و بازاریابی برای پیوستن به تیم فروش و خدمات پس از فروش خود است. این موقعیت شغلی نیازمند توانایی مدیریت و بهبود فرآیندهای فروش از طریق استفاده موثر از ابزارهای نرم‌افزاری و ایجاد ارتباط مستمر با مشتریان است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• پاسخگویی به تماس‌ها و ارائه اطلاعات اولیه به مشتریان.
• ثبت سفارشات، صدور پیش فاکتور و پیگیری وضعیت آن‌ها.
• ثبت اطلاعات مشتریان و تعاملات در سیستم CRM.
• هماهنگی با واحد انبار، مالی و نصب.
• تهیه و ارسال گزارشات فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای Office و تسلط اولیه به CRM یا آمادگی کامل برای یادگیری سریع آن.
• روابط عمومی قوی دقت بالا و قدرت پیگیری و توانایی کار گروهی.
• سابقه کار مرتبط مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
