Job Description:
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Handle and resolve IT tickets (incidents and requests) promptly.
- Monitor systems and notify relevant parties of any issues.
- Track ticket progress and ensure SLA compliance.
- Communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management.
- Contribute to incident documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:

- Experience in a service desk or similar IT support role.
- Strong command of ITSM tools (like Jira) and ITIL principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
