Job Description
The HR Intern (Generalist) supports the HR team in delivering day-to-day operational activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and other HR functions. This role is designed to help the intern gain hands-on experience in core HR functions while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations within the company.

Maintain and update employee records
Schedule interviews and support communication with applicants
Coordinate orientation schedules and assist with onboarding sessions
Ensure all employee documents are collected and filed accurately
Support exit processes (exit interviews)
Assist the HR team with employee engagement activities and events
Help answer employee questions and direct them to the right HR personnel
Support the team in implementing HR policies and procedures
Prepare basic HR reports (attendance, recruitment pipeline, performance management, etc.)
Requirements and competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, HR admin)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Team player with a positive attitude
