کارشناس ارشد کنترل مالی بیزینس | Senior Finance Business Controller

مسئولیت‌ها:
تحلیل وضعیت مالی یک بیزینس‌ لبنی مشخص (پنیر، شیر، ماست و امثالهم) از نگاه سودآوری، تولید، فروش، بازده دارایی‌ها و غیره.⁠ارائه همفکری و مشاوره به مدیر بیزینس برای تصمیمات تجاری همچون قیمت‌گذاری محصولات، بررسی توجیه‌پذیری اقدامات بازاریابی و فروش (تبلیغات، کمپین‌ها و ترید مارکتینگ)؛ در قالب گزارش‌های دوره‌ای یا ad-hoc.⁠سنجش عملکرد مالی و وضعیت نقدی بیزینس در تأمین، تولید و سطوح مختلف شبکه فروش و توزیع.هدف‌گذاری شاخص‌های عملکرد مالی و تدوین بودجۀ ماهانه و سالانه بیزینس.گزارش‌دهی به مدیریت عالی مجموعه‌ی بیزینس‌های لبنی و گروه سولیکو.⁠تحلیل مالی آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگرِ سرمایه‌گذاری‌های بیزینس در حوزه‌های مارکتینگ و تولید (با توجه به هزینه‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تولید و شاخص‌های توجیه‌پذیری مالی).⁠طراحی مدل‌های مالی با احاطه بر محرک‌های ارزش (value drivers) در سطح بیزینس جهت راهبری تدوین بودجه سالانه، با ملاحظۀ اهداف مدیر بیزینس و انتظارات گروه سولیکو از بیزینس و مقایسۀ عملکرد و بودجه.⁠تجزیه‌ اهداف استراتژیک و بلندمدت بیزینس به اهداف مالی کمّی شده و برنامه‌های اقدام کوتاه‌مدت.⁠شناسایی فرصت‌های خلق ارزش در سطوح مختلف زنجیره ارزش بیزینس.
شرایط احراز:
مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مالی، اقتصاد، مهندسی صنایع، فارغ‌التحصیل MBA (گرایش مالی) یا حسابداری از دانشگاه‌های تهران، شریف، امیرکبیر یا دیگر دانشگاه‌های معتبر.دانش کافی در حوزه مالی شرکتی (Corporate Finance) و برنامه‌ریزی و تحلیل مالی (FP&A).مسلط به مدل‌سازی مالی، مسیر جریان اطلاعات در صورت‌های مالی و رابطه‌ی بین آن‌ها.توانایی ⁠برنامه‌ریزی جریان نقدی کسب‌وکار.⁠درک منطق حاکم بر شاخص‌های توجیه‌پذیری مالی و اقتصادی همچون ROI ،PBP ،NPV و IRR.⁠توانایی ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی جامع، دقیق و مختصر.حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.⁠داشتن مدارک معتبر در حوزۀ FP&A یا موفقیت در سطح یک آزمون CFA امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

Responsibilities: Analyzing the financial situation of a specific dairy business (cheese, milk, yogurt, etc.) in terms of profitability, production, sales, return on assets, etc. Providing consensus and advice to the business manager for business decisions such as product pricing, checking the justification of marketing and sales measures (advertisements, campaigns and trade marketing); In the form of periodical or ad-hoc reports. Measuring the financial performance and cash situation of the business in supply, production and different levels of the sales and distribution network. Targeting financial performance indicators and compiling the monthly and annual business budget. Reporting to the top management of the dairy business complex and Solico Group. Prospective and retrospective financial analysis of business investments in the fields of marketing and production (according to direct and indirect costs of production and indicators financial justification).Designing financial models by focusing on value drivers at the business level to guide the formulation of the annual budget, taking into account the goals of the business manager and Solico Group's expectations from the business and comparing the performance and budget. Breaking down the strategic and long-term goals of the business into quantified financial goals and short-term action plans. Identifying value creation opportunities at different levels of the business value chain. Master's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering, MBA (financial orientation) or accounting from Tehran, Sharif, Amirkabir or other prestigious universities. Sufficient knowledge in corporate finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Proficient in financial modeling, information flow path in financial statements and the relationship between them. Ability to plan business cash flow. Understanding the logic governing financial and economic justification indicators such as ROI, PBP , NPV and IRR. The ability to provide comprehensive, accurate and concise management reports. At least three years of work experience in the related field. Having valid qualifications in the field of FP&A or success at the level of a CFA exam is considered an advantage.
